Our Client based on the Erith/Belvedere border is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative for a 12-month maternity leave contract

The successful candidate will be part of a team offering the highest level of service to Customers within the UK and Ireland

The role offers a salary of £18-22K pa pro rata.  Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, one week in 4 the hours will change to 9am to 5.30pm.

Essential skills required for the role:

  • Resolving internal and external customer queries in a swift professional manner either by phone or email
  • Ensure all orders both online & manual are processed in an efficient manner to enable our industry leading service proposition.
  • Work with the team on all aspects of the role making sure all work is completed throughout the day.
  • Escalate major complaints when needed.
  • Liaising across functions within the business to gather information & ensure issues are resolved quickly.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Quickly learns the functions
