Our Client based near Leeds is seeking a Customer Service Administrator.
Salary: £19,000 - £23,000 pa depending on experience
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Location: East Morley, near Leeds
Benefits: 23 days leave + BH, car, phone
Purpose of the role – Rental Controller and Service Support Administrator is to:
- To increase the number of short term rental trucks on hire across the Midlands
- To effectively manage the Rental Fleet to serve the customer base and coordinate the transport for the Depot
- To support the Service Manager with administrative tasks as and when required
Rental Controller and Service Support Administrator Person Specification:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good customer facing skills
- Strong self-motivation with a proactive approach
- Teamwork - liaise well with each department
- Good clear communicator internal/external
- PC literate in Word / Excel
- Experience of working with an ERP system, for example Protean, Autoline, SAP or similar
- Accurate and methodical administration/logistical skills
- Ability to cope under pressure, be flexible and meet deadlines
- Ability to work using own initiative and prioritise workload.
