Our Client based on the Medway City Estate Rochester is seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator – the role is offered on a perm full time basis, office based. IMMEDIATE start available.

Working Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm.

Pay rate between £23-25K pa – 40 hours pw.

Duties include:

Working to various Service Level Agreements with construction Clients booking engineers to private houses to complete remedial work for plumbing and heating issues on New Build properties.

Suitable candidates will possess the following skills/experience:

  • Computer literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to prioritize workload.
  • Deal with demanding Clients and changing situations.
  • Possess calm and professional attitude at all times
