Our Client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer.

 

Seeking either Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer or

 

Good Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 17^th Edition (client will pay to upgrade to 18^th Edition) with some fabrication and basic electrical fault-finding skills

or

Good Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong mechanical fault finding and maintenance skills, with 18^th Edition

 

 

Job Title:                    Night Shift Maintenance Engineer

Location:                    Dartford, Kent

Hours:                        Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am

Salary:                        basic £36,000 pa + 25% shift allowance, paid monthly PAYE

Package:                   £45,000 pa including shift allowance

Benefits:                    overtime available

21 days annual leave rising to 26 days pa + Bank Holidays

The role is working Nights shifts Sunday to Thursday (night shift) with c 3 months training on days and rotating shifts before joining the night shift.

 

Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer key skills and experience required: production plant and building services:

 

• Educated to min of ONC or HNC in engineering, ideally time served preferably multi skilled (electrical and mechanical).
• 17^th or 18^th Edition (training offered to achieve 18^th Edition)

 

Seeking either Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer or

 

Good Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 17^th Edition (client will pay to upgrade to 18^th Edition) with some fabrication and basic electrical fault-finding skills

or

Good Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong mechanical fault finding and maintenance skills, with 18^th Edition

 

• Planned and preventative maintenance of production machinery – some BS projects.
• Ideally worked within manufacturing – pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics or processing, manufacturing environment e.g., filling, blending, packing etc.
• Computer literate – MS Office and MMS
• Physically fit, able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• FMCG and or GMP experience preferred.
• Installation, service and repair
• Fault finding
• Lean manufacturing techniques

 

Working as the sole engineer on nights with Process Operating Team.
