Our Client based in Rochester (MCE) is seeking a Machine Operator (sheet metal).
The sheet metal Machine Operator’s position is open to candidates with sheet metal experience or anyone with the right attitude/aptitude - if unskilled you must be willing to learn new skills.
The ideal candidate will have experienced of setting and operating a Trumpf machine (or similar).
Rate: £10.00 per hour + OT
Hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday, 5pm finish Friday – 46.5 pw
Overtime: available when required, paid at £15.00 per hour

The role is offered on a temp to perm position via React Recruitment Ltd – weekly pay – PAYE.
Priority will be given to any Machine Operator candidates with some experience of the following:
- Operating Trumpf or similar machines
- Guillotines,
- Spot welding
- Mechanical assembly
- Using hand tools – drill, saw etc
- Working to 0.5 - 1 mm tolerances - not fine limit
- Sheet metal
