Technical Compliance Administrator

Description : Our client is seeking an administrator on a long term temporary contract (6-12 months).

The ideal candidate would have previously held a similar admin support role within an Environment, Quality or H&S company.

This position reports to the QA Manager and is responsible for providing full administrative support to the compliance managers (Environment, Quality and H&S).

Main responsibilities:

• Undertaking general administrative processes i.e. writing letters, filing on behalf of the functions
• Dealing with queries/correspondence as delegated by relevant Compliance Manager
• Ensuring all compliance documentation is kept up to date
• Compiling data for report generation and maintaining computer and record based systems
• Administering of purchase orders and invoices liaising with accounts and suppliers as required
• Arrange and attend meetings relevant to the functions, taking minutes where necessary

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, car owner/driver preferable.

The suitable candidate will have
• additional qualifications within the Environment, Quality or H&S sector e.g. HNC or similar
• minimum of 2 years experience of working within a similar admin role
• good problem solver
• excellent organisational/planning/communication skills
• Adaptable, reliable and able to work as part of a team

This role is offered on a temporary basis for between 6-12 months; please only apply if you can commit to this length of contract.
