Our Client based in Gillingham is looking for a Dutch speaking Software Support Technician to join their team.


The role will involve supporting both Dutch and UK customers.


Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fun and vibrant team is essential.


The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience/attributes:

  • Fluent in speaking Dutch.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, EXCEL & Outlook
  • Previous helpdesk experience.
  • A background in dental would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Experience of supporting Windows Servers and Windows Desktop (desirable).
  • Understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration (desirable).


Key responsibilities:

  • To provide telephone support to customers on queries relating to use of software and software faults.
  • To take ownership of calls and follow through to completion.
  • To keep clients fully informed of progress in relation to open calls.
  • To accurately record details of actions and advice given in the SOE support database.
  • To accurately diagnose hardware related issues and escalate to third party hardware support.
  • To escalate serious issues in a timely manner.


Working hours are


Salary offered is £20k.

25 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays).
